Depending on our crop cycle, we may have either a beautiful striped "Annina" eggplant (pictured) or "Jaylo" which is a rich black mini eggplant without spines. We pick them young and small, at about 8 ounces each, making them perfect for just about any recipe you can dream up.
Our Eggplants are:
-Soil-grown
-Vine-ripened
-Picked ripe, and delivered to you shortly thereafter
-Never sprayed with dangerous chemicals or pesticides
